England is a senior in W Gakuen. He's Student Council president, constantly busy and he never lets anyone forget it. But he still tries to dig out free time for his activities in the school's Magic Club. His favourite classes are English and History, and he doesn't tolerate anyone who mocks his eyebrows. He's thinks France, his Vice-President, is extremely incompetent, and is insistent on every student of the school following the school rules. Secretly, he likes to have afternoon tea in the Council room, just him and the faeries.
