A senior at W Gakuen. Romano's (apparent) caretaker. Constantly smiling and cheerful and surrounded by tomatoes (and the occasional turtle). A very relaxed and easygoing nice guy. Very close friends with France and Prussia, and has a tendency to do rather stupid things when he's with them.
