Seychelles is a Freshman in W Gakuen. She's Secretary of the Student Council, and unfortunately spends most of her time being bossed around by England, the President. Her favourite classes are Art and Chemistry(?!), and she can often be seen in the Council Room, or running errands around the school, complaining about England.
