France is a senior at W Gakuen. He's Vice-President of the student council, although he doesn't do much, with England usually doing all the work. He likes pretty girls and boys, French class, and Home Economics. England has threatened to report him for sexually harrassing students many times, but Francis constantly denies it by saying that he's just jealous.
